I have been thinking a lot about this lately. We all want to create our own private universe. Our own patch. Somewhere to relax, and just be. I've spent a few days shooting at various display home villages around the outskirts of Melbourne. Man, has the display home come along way. Inside these seemingly cookie-cutter facades lies some great design, some ridiculously clever planning, and the potential for long and happy family lives. My lesson learnt? Don't judge - home really is, where the heart is.
