at home...

Sometimes it's nice to be a bit grounded, isn't it?  My car is in for a much needed service today and  I am also awaiting the dishwasher repair man, and hopefully I'll even get an appearance from the washing machine repairman. Talk about gremlins here at the moment. Just what you want before Christmas, right %$#*&()!!!

So I am pottering about, doing some writing and propping, but taking lots of breaks to move things around on my walls.

I have made a start on the hallway, grouping some pretties. "Three's a collection", so they say.

Oh, and please excuse the iphone pic - my camera is also having a nervous breakdown and it's off at the clinic. Sigh.

The big print on the right is by Emma Cleine at Lumiere Art & Co
The framed baby dress is Baby Dior
And the little paper dress was a shoot prop

confessions of a slack blogger, again...

I have struggled to keep up with the old blog lately, but I have loads of posts stored up in my head -  I am just gathering the images to make them pretty.

In the meantime,  here is one of my fave recent shoots, for the Sunday Age M magazine Savvy Shopper page. It's all about the powerful, dead sexy, black silhouette. How beautiful is that Cole & Son wallpaper in the background? And the delish green 'Deco Delight' paint from Dulux? I could eat it. I hated pulling down this set - I wanted to move in!
